Mat Pilates teacher based in Berlin. Teaching in English and Spanish.
I'm a Pilates teacher, lawyer, and nutritionist in training based in Berlin. I came to Pilates through my own healing journey — recovering from an autoimmune condition taught me how deeply the nervous system shapes the way we move, feel, and recover.
That experience, combined with years of training for HYROX and marathons, is what shapes every class I teach: movement that builds real strength and endurance, but always with your nervous system in mind.
Whether you train hard or are just starting to reconnect with your body — you're in the right place. I'm building more than a class. I'm building a community.
Movement should challenge you and hold you at the same time. These are the four principles I build every class around.
Build real, functional strength. Classes that challenge you progressively and give you results you can feel in your everyday life.
Movement that feels good. Sequences with energy and intention — so you leave the mat feeling alive, not depleted.
Regulation techniques woven into every class. Move from a place of calm. This isn't just about breathing — it's about how your body learns to recover.
A space for people to show up, support each other, and grow stronger together. The mat is a starting point, not the destination.
All classes are designed to meet you where you are — whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to go deeper.
The classical method, taught well. Progressive control with clear modifications so every level can work at their edge.
